The Managing Partner and Operating Partner own investment selection, value-creation plans, and the strategic transformation conversations with portfolio CEOs. What we are missing is a dedicated builder and enabler who:
- Ships the internal AI tooling that makes Hexa Scale move faster than any other PE firm in Europe.
- Embeds with portfolio companies to actually build the first agents and AI workflows — not just advise on them.
- Is hands-on enough to teach the deal team, the operating team, and portfolio operators how to use AI in their daily work.…
