About the role HG is looking for an Operational Business Controller & Data Steward to strengthen the Finance team in Almere. In this role, you act as a strategic partner to senior management and play a key role in steering financial performance, cost control and data‑driven decision making. You combine strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of how financial and operational data flows through the organisation. You recognise how data inconsistencies impact reporting and decisions and take ownership of data quality, controls and financial integrity across HG.
