Salary Range: $35,373.70 - $74,626.22 DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS OF WORK A Park Captain, under general supervision, plans and develops a community recreational program. Organizes supervises and directs a community center; adult and youth groups, sports leagues, playgrounds, athletic programs, games, crafts and special events. Supervises and directs full and part time employees. ESSENTIAL EXAMPLES OF DUTIES The following illustrates examples of some of the essential duties and responsibilities of the Park Captain.
