We are seeking a Product Release Specialist to evaluate product readiness before release by testing real-world user experiences, identifying usability gaps, and providing customer-focused feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Evaluate products in realistic customer use cases and identify experience gaps. Validate product readiness and usability before release. Document findings and track issues through resolution. Re-test features as improvements are implemented. Contribute to customer-facing documentation and release readiness. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product evaluation, release readiness, QA, UX validation, or a related field. Experience assessing consumer products from an end-user perspective.
