THE ROLE
RouteThis is 10 years in and moving from a SaaS business to an AI-native one. That shift changes the shape of the P&L, the way revenue is recognized and the questions leadership needs Finance to answer. The Director, Finance leads the function through it.
This is an FP&A-led role. The priority is planning, forecasting and cash, with Finance acting as a partner in business decisions rather than a function that reports on them afterwards. The core planning model and reporting structure are being put in place now.…
