High Point University is currently seeking a full-time Director of Admissions Training and Development. This position is responsible for sales assessment and training of the Undergraduate Admissions team to help improve communication of differential advantages and increase yield at every level of engagement. Success will include continual assessment of the ways in which we connect with prospective students, communicate our differential advantages through our campus tours and visit experience, and follow up with all students expressing interest in High Point University. This position is effectively responsible for building and delivering high quality training and development experiences while continually evaluating the effectiveness of those programs.…
