Human Resources Business Partner (HR Generalist)

The High Point University Human Resources Business Partner serves as a consultant to leaders within schools and departments, applying best practices and ensuring compliance with University policies, employment laws, and labor regulations. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition while ensuring alignment of HR practices with institutional goals. The HRBP will lead and influence HR activities within their scope, including talent assessment, performance management, and employee and team development.
