About this role

Overview We are seeking a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) / Data Security Specialist to act as a Subject Matter Expert in DLP, data protection, and Data Security Posture Management (DSPM). The role will focus on modernizing DLP capabilities, supporting the migration from Symantec DLP to Microsoft Purview Endpoint DLP, and developing an integrated data-centric security approach. Key Responsibilities Lead/support migration from Symantec DLP to Microsoft Purview Endpoint DLP. Conduct DLP gap analysis and identify policy and control coverage differences. Develop recommendations and compensating controls to address identified gaps. Support phased implementation, policy migration, testing, validation, and change management. Assess DLP maturity and recommend improvements to operational effectiveness.…
