Director of AI Strategy & Enablement Hillel International Role Overview Hillel International seeks a Director of AI Strategy & Enablement to lead a movement-wide effort to build lasting AI capability across the Hillel professional network. Reporting to the Senior Director, Organizational Learning, this leader will turn emerging technology into practical, mission-aligned work — working with Hillel’s Technology Services department as its primary internal partner. The Director will work in close partnership with a cross-departmental team to help spot opportunities, redesign workflows, develop best practices and ethical guidelines, and build the organization’s skills to use AI well.
