Compensation Range: $14.42 - $15.37 Position Summary: Hiring Salary Range: $14.42 to $15.37 The Assistant Volleyball Coach supports the Head Volleyball Coach in all aspects of operating a competitive NJCAA volleyball program. Responsibilities include assisting with practice planning and skill development, game preparation and scouting, recruiting and retaining student-athletes, monitoring academic progress, and promoting student-athlete success both on and off the court. Key Responsibilities: Assist with organizing and conducting practices, workouts, and game-day activities. Provide instruction in volleyball fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.
