Compensation Range: $20.35 - $31.87 Position Summary: Hiring compensation range: $ 20.35 to $22.38 per hour depending on qualifications. Job Summary: The position monitors and coordinates the activities of and provides support and assistance to assigned laboratories to enable effective and safe lab operations. Culinary Lab Duties: Kitchen Laboratory Management Oversee the daily operations of the culinary kitchen laboratory. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations as part of Department of Health inspections. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and equipment service requests. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, supplies, and inventory levels. Assist with laboratory setup and preparation for instructional activities.…
