THE OPPORTUNITY
Enrollment and Onboarding is the front door to Hinge Health. Every member's care starts here: registering, answering the clinical questionnaire that determines eligibility and program fit, getting accepted, and then calibrating their first exercise therapy so day one feels made for them. The pod owns that whole path, on web and in our React Native app, for every program we offer, from chronic and acute musculoskeletal (MSK) pain to pelvic health and migraine.
This stretch is where members decide whether Hinge Health is for them. Small improvements in how quickly and confidently someone gets from sign-up to their first session compound into large gains in how many people actually start care.…
