About this role
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Commis 1 Baker/Decorator to join the production team of a fast-growing company operating across multiple markets. You will play a hands-on role in supporting baking operations, while also assisting with basic cake decoration and finishing, ensuring every order is produced to a consistent standard of quality, presentation, and freshness. In this role, you will be part of the production operation responsible for preparing and baking products, while ensuring every product meets quality, consistency, and food safety standards.
