It’s pre-IPO and leans heavily into AI. Each designer works with about five engineers, and AI has made the team much faster this year.
About the role
Growth at Deel doesn’t follow a fixed roadmap. The team works from a queue of ideas: lots of CRO experiments and bigger growth bets. On some projects you’ll own the design from start to finish.…
