Overview: A recognized leader and change agent responsible for aligning Digital Experience priorities with HKS’s firmwide strategic goals. Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes digital products that deliver measurable value to staff, clients, and communities. Collaborates with the Chief Data & Digital Officer (CDDO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), HUB and Innovation Sector leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to build and manage a product portfolio that transforms prototypes and ideas into production-grade, branded digital experiences. Serves as the strategic voice of the user within the Digital Experience team — bridging business needs, design excellence, and technical feasibility to position HKS as a leader in digital innovation within the AEC industry.…
