About this role

As a Recruiter, you play a critical role in attracting and hiring talented, diverse candidates who align with our company values and ambitions. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will partner closely with hiring managers, providing coaching and guidance on recruitment best practices, including Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), candidate experience, recruitment processes, onboarding, and succession planning. Through your efforts, you will directly contribute to achieving our recruitment KPIs and strengthening the overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team, with a particular focus on supporting store recruitment across the Korea and Japan markets.…
