Your Impact:
Manage the daily operations of the grow and processing facility, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meeting production standards.
Coordinate with Sales and Retail teams to stay informed on product needs and adjust production accordingly.
Monitor output and quality to help the team stay on track with production targets and budget expectations.
Hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure consistent performance and a positive work environment.…
