About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join Hollis in Dublin and play an important role in the continued growth of our Cost Management service in Ireland. This is a great opportunity for an established Cost Manager who wants both project responsibility and the chance to help shape a developing service. You’ll take ownership of real estate projects from feasibility through to completion, build trusted client relationships and work closely with our Project Management and Development Monitoring teams. Your work will cover the full range of pre- and post-contract Cost Management services, including cost planning, procurement, tender documentation, valuations, cost reporting, change control and final accounts.…
