About this role
The Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for hands-on, day to day preventative and corrective maintenance for all Home Chef equipment.
Detailed Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency:
Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance department.
Monitor equipment and systems to ensure efficiency and functionality. Lead projects in coordination with all plant departments to maximize utilization of automation / equipment to improve overall efficiencies.
Liaise with other departments and external contractors or vendors.
Manages the CMMS and ensures work orders are closed in a timely manner. Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.…
