About this role

This role follows a 2nd shift schedule, working from 3:00pm - 11:30pm , with designated days off on Friday & Saturday . The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems to maximize productivity and minimize downtime through the plant. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize tasks, and contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. They will install, maintain and replace automation systems.
