Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems supporting retail e-commerce platforms with high throughput and low latency requirements. • Participate in incident triage and resolution as platform/system SMEs. • Develop solutions for incident acceleration and toil reduction through automation and tool development, coordinating cross-functional war rooms to restore services within defined SLAs and minimize business impact. • Responsible for independently developing and consistently redesigning/refactoring a product to adapt to customers and associates’ needs.…
