Conduct Care Pro supervisions, PDP’s, Annual Appraisals and other touchpoints. Support Care pros to obtain their Care Certificate. Conduct training workshops and assess Care Pros in medication, moving and assisting and other non-clinical competencies. Maintain accurate Care Pro records on Home Instead software and People Planner. Conduct Care Pro introductions to clients.…
