About this role
**HOURS ARE FROM 5:00AM - 5:15PM on a 2-2-3 work schedule (2 days on, then 2 days off, then work 3 days, followed by the opposite the following week.)
The Senior Maintenance Mechanic reports to the shift supervisor and involves highly skilled troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, and repair of complex electro-mechanical equipment, including electronic controls, conveyor systems, production machinery, and support equipment. The Senior Maintenance Mechanic is seen as the expert resource in the plant that can fix all/most equipment and is responsible for not only executing technical work but also for teaching and mentoring junior mechanics and apprentices, sharing knowledge on troubleshooting techniques and schematics interpretation.…
