About this role

Pay Range: $65,000/yr. – $75,000/yr. Location: Norwood, MA / In-Office / Accessible from major highways Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Home Market Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Planner to manage daily workforce planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in aligning staffing with production demand, minimizing overtime, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple shifts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain production scheduling and shift scheduling plans to support operational requirements across all shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
