The GT programs serve to develop subject matter experts within their selected divisions, with the aim of creating a holistic young banker at the end of each program. We are currently hiring Graduate Trainees for Business & Corporate Banking. Program Framework GT Programs typically consist of 3 rotations across various departments within the division, supported by coaching from line managers.
