Evaluate the payment risk of an awarder, including determining the genuineness of the contract, contract trail (in the event of sub-contractor) Prepare and analyses the cash flow and repayment risk Structuring of the facilities, including the facility and amount to be offered, as well as the security structure Incorporate all ring fencing, tracking and monitoring T&Cs to mitigate any performance and payment risks.
