About this role

We're looking for an Account Manager. Mid-Market (Italian Speaker, 12-month contract) to manage, retain, and grow relationships within our Mid-Market customer segment. In this role, you will be the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of accounts, with a clear mandate to ensure long-term customer value, successful retention, and targeted expansion. You will leverage a deep understanding of our platform and full product suite to drive consistent customer value and achieve superior renewal and expansion outcomes.
