About this role
Customer Care - Fully Remote position in Property & Casualty. Start Date: September 28; October 5, and November 2, 2026 Schedule: Must be able to work any shift that falls between the hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm CST Monday-Friday - some Saturday's required (10 am - 2 pm CST). In this role, you will primarily support educators by addressing inquiries about their auto and property insurance policies. Through phone calls, emails, and live chats, you will provide exceptional customer service , helping our clients protect their valuable assets. No license or experience in Insurance? No problem! Horace Mann will provide the necessary training and support to help you obtain your Property & Casualty License if you do not already have one.…
