About this role
Customer Care - Fully Remote position in Property & Casualty.
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Schedule: Must be able to work any shift that falls between the hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm CST Monday-Friday - some Saturday's required (10 am - 2 pm CST).
In this role, you will primarily support educators by addressing inquiries about their auto and property insurance policies. Through phone calls, emails, and live chats, you will provide exceptional customer service, helping our clients protect their valuable assets.
No license or experience in Insurance? No problem! Horace Mann will provide the necessary training and support to help you obtain your Property & Casualty License if you do not already have one.…
