Missão da área: Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) Pleno(a) de Contencioso Tributário Internacional para apoiar a defesa e o fortalecimento de nossos posicionamentos tributários globais. Esta posição atua no suporte a uma plataforma digital em rápido crescimento, com operações em múltiplas jurisdições. Você apoiará nossa defesa em auditorias fiscais globais e o acompanhamento de litígios e questionamentos junto às autoridades, além de conduzir pesquisas jurídicas complexas. Embora esta função abrange impostos internacionais diretos e indiretos, haverá um forte foco em impostos indiretos (VAT, GST, US Sales Tax) e regulamentações de plataformas digitais.…
