Missão da área: Entender oportunidades de expansão de receita da Hotmart Co. e desenvolver soluções estratégicas e alinhadas ao negócio para capturá-las.
Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:
Analisar as receitas de todas as unidades de negócio da Hotmart Co, entendendo oportunidades de melhorias nas diferentes alavancas de valor (ex: aquisição, retenção, pricing);
Desenvolver soluções (por ex: ferramentas ou painéis interativos) globais que ajudem a melhorar a operação (por ex: prevenção de churn, aumento de eficiência de canais de aquisição);
Coordenar implementação de soluções nas diferentes BUs, entendendo particularidades e adaptando soluções.
