About this role

This full-time position will provide coverage across multiple medical-surgical units Monday through Friday and will staff the Transitions of Care (TOC) service every fourth weekend. Staffing Hours: Monday-Friday: 0800 – 1630 TOC Weekend (every 4th weekend): 0900 – 1730 At Houston Methodist, the Pharmacy Clinical Specialist position is responsible for performing advanced clinical pharmacy duties enabling the delivery of optimal pharmacotherapy to patients and facilitating safe, efficacious, and pharmacoeconomically rational use of medications in the population(s) served.
