About this role

Director of Operations, HPMM Description - The Director of Operations is responsible for Inkjet Supplies Pen Assembly operations for the TIJ 2.X and Gen 5 technology. The position will also be required to work with R&D / NPI function to launch the next generation G5 Printhead iteration. This position will be based in Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated track record in delivering operational excellence experience in Inkjet technology, with the key performance indicators in ensuring availability, cost improvement and product quality. Prior experience in NPI and interacting with R&D organization to launch, ramp and stabilize new products will be required.…
