LaserJet Regional Engineer Description - Job Summary The LaserJet Regional Engineer serves as the regional technical authority for HP LaserJet products, ensuring product reliability, service excellence, and rapid resolution of complex technical issues. The role owns regional escalations, drives root cause analysis, and works cross‑functionally with Global Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to improve fleet stability and customer satisfaction.
