About Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC) provides shared business and consulting services to both non-profit and proprietary human services agencies. These services include accounting, payroll, third-party billing and collections, human resources, continuing education, marketing, facility development and quality assurance programs. The IT Support Technician is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent role. Respond to inquiries and requests for assistance with HSMC and the Client computer systems, PC’s and TELCO systems. Identifies problems, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist users.
