OVERVIEW In addition to all duties of a Policy Service Associate, may be expected to maintain a book of business based on location practice. Market and service accounts (new and existing) in a way that fosters new business development and existing client perpetuation. Process client requests for service; gather necessary information for submission; verify and maintain account files. Must be able to handle an account and sell policies from beginning to end as well as maintain compliance responses for accounts sold.
