Nouveau terrain, nouvelle équipe, nouveau problème : en quelques semaines, tu as pris la main sur le produit et tu as embarqué tout le monde. 🧩 Tes responsabilités clés Comprendre avant de construire. Tu pars des vrais besoins : interviews utilisateurs, JTBD, benchmarks. Tu repars avec le bon problème, pas avec la demande initiale. Cadrer et arbitrer.
