About this role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer / Setup Machinist to program, set up, operate, and optimize Star Swiss-type CNC lathes used to manufacture high-precision medical device components. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Swiss CNC programming and setup experience, strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, CAD/CAM software, and precision machining processes. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and optimize Star Swiss CNC lathes, including Star SR-20J, SR-20RIV (Ra), and SV-20. Develop and improve machining processes for tight-tolerance precision components. Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software. Troubleshoot machining issues, reduce cycle times, and improve production efficiency.…
