About this role

We are hiring an experienced Contracts & Procurement Engineer for reputed engineering consultancy and project management organization Key Requirements: 10+ years of strong Contracts Management experience. Preferred experience in Transmission Line Projects Mandatory experience in Design-Build contracts and Professional Services contracts. Strong knowledge of Design-Build / Progressive Design-Build contract risks, terms and interpretation. Experience in pre-award procurement and post-award contract administration. Strong exposure to subcontract management, commercial meetings, change orders/change certificates, claims and dispute resolution. Experience reviewing tenders, contract documents, scope gaps, discrepancies and commercial risks.…
