Job Responsibilities: 8+ years of Costing / budgeting / Cost Monitoring for SHUTDOWN / TURNAROUND. Budgeting & Estimation: Developing detailed shutdown budgets (WBS/CBS) based on scope, labor, materials, and equipment. Cost Monitoring & Tracking: Capturing actual costs incurred during the shutdown, including material consumption, manpower, and subcontractor work. Variance Analysis: Identifying discrepancies between planned and actual costs and recommending corrective actions, especially during high-pressure, short-duration shutdowns.
