Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead and execute the company’s HR strategy while overseeing day-to-day HR operations across a geographically dispersed workforce. This role requires a hands-on, business-minded HR leader with strong expertise in employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, policy development, organizational development, and workforce planning.
