About this role
Location: This position is remote within Colombia. The role. As a Senior Visual Designer on the Growth team, you will be the core designer behind our pitch decks and client proposals. Your primary focus is to turn strategic ideas into visually compelling, high-converting presentations that help win new business. We are looking for a hands-on design professional with strong expertise in presentation design, brand storytelling, and visual hierarchy. While your main day-to-day focus will be bringing pitch decks to life, you will also craft and execute visual assets for our internal agency needs. What you’ll be doing.
