About the Role A warm, faith-centered Ohio family of six is looking for a highly capable Home Manager and Family Assistant to become a trusted extension of their household. Think of it as bringing five-star, hospitality-level care into a private home: a calm, beautifully run environment where needs are anticipated, spaces stay organized, and things are handled before anyone has to ask. This is not a traditional housekeeping role. The family wants a strategic household operator who takes true ownership of daily operations, reduces the mental load the parents carry, and creates more freedom for the family to enjoy time together.
