About this role

Become a part of our caring community Lead Agile Coach partners with organizational leaders, business teams, and delivery teams to lead the enterprise-wide adoption of Agile methodologies and practices. You will provide coaching, training, and strategic guidance across Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, while leading organizational change management (OCM) and communications efforts that support transformation projects. The Lead Agile Coach serves as a trusted advisor to executives and teams, helping foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence. The Lead Agile Coach work includes creating tools and leading training sessions to demonstrate how leaders and associates will apply Agile methodologies in their daily work.…
