Become a part of our caring community The LPN is a clinical position responsible for performing medical duties in a healthcare setting, under the direction of a licensed clinician. As an LPN, you will provide clinical support services including but not limited to direct clinician support, patient care functions, and administrative tasks. Role Responsibilities: Processes incoming and outgoing calls/messages. Performs patient intake, obtains necessary patient information to file and update patient records. Ensure consents are reviewed and completed by clinician. Performs pre-encounter prep prior to patients visit, including identifying open care gaps.
