As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for both the clinical and administrative areas including assisting physicians with patient care and handling clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks. You will provide information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinical service. Role Responsibilities: Processes incoming and outgoing calls/messages in a professional manner. Performs patient intake, obtains necessary patient information to file and update patient records.
