The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 performs administrative and initial data entry tasks to include image scanning and other varied activities. The Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 2 will receive inbound phone calls (Phone que) from patients and physicians for prescriptions clarification and may enter prescription orders into the system. Telephonic support Pharmacists and patients by ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx specific operational processes and programs. Will work within defined call center productivity and quality metrics.…
