Become a part of our caring community The Onboarding Representative supports a seamless and positive preboarding and onboarding experience for new UM Medical Directors and hiring leaders. You will serve as a primary contact throughout the onboarding process, coordinating activities, communicating requirements, and supporting the timely completion of onboarding tasks.
