Become a part of our caring community The Workforce Management Professional 2 serves as a liaison between the Humana Government Business (HGB) segment and Human Resources to ensure compliance with the unique requirements of our government contracts. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with Humana Government Business directors/managers/key associates in the development of comprehensive staffing models and labor cost proposals. You will participate in audits by Government agencies and manage the maintenance of the HGB Position Tracking System. You will also manage HGB's relationship with our contingent labor vendor and assist with special projects assigned to the team.…
