About this role

La mission Un acteur majeur de la distribution automobile recherche un Responsable Après-Vente (H/F) pour piloter son activité sur un site stratégique de Loire-Atlantique. Rattaché(e) à la Direction de site, vous pilotez la performance opérationnelle et humaine du centre de profit. Vos responsabilités s'articulent autour des axes suivants : Pilotage opérationnel : Vous supervisez l'ensemble des activités techniques (mécanique, carrosserie et pièces de rechange), en coordonnant une équipe d'une trentaine de collaborateurs. Performance et rentabilité : Vous êtes garant(e) des indicateurs de gestion et de la qualité de service, en veillant à l'atteinte des objectifs fixés par la marque et la direction générale.…
